OK.....I'm sitting here at the computer listening to TCU kick Vanderbilt's women's basketball behind...my intentions were to complete the sleeve on the baby cardigan I started last week..I have the back and fronts completed...so far so good,lol...but instead of knitting..I perused knit blog pages...came across Shobnista's page...had to leave her a note....the sis is inspiring!!!...anyho...found my way onto amazon...ordered Vintage knits...Painted Country...The Last Dragon dvd(this last one being buttafly's fault)lol.....some Koigu yarn to make a shawl for myself in shades of green(just colored my LOCS red).....My loft is mess with yarn shopping bags everywhere...Do yall feel me,lol(da madness...da madness..da madness) See how I'm living
Before the yarn took over....the after pic is just too scary to put out in cyber world....I must clean the loft before the New Year rolls in....I want to feel peaceful while watching Sex in the city, and la femme nikita marathons...knitting on my sofa...while my faithful sidekick Yohji chills by my side...lol

Supreme Nappiness.....My sista friend Tekoa....and one of my fave barter transactions.....She does housekeeping for me and I hook up her locs and those of her daughtersI have read discussion about setting up a barter site amongst us bloggers..I think that would be a wonderful thing....I'm living proof that bartering does elevate ones standard of living..it's a win..win situation,lol...I barter with my masseuse(he has locks)..I use to barter with my persoanl trainer(I started her locs)...I barter with my pedicurist(starting her locs)... I paid my friend Lil 't' in yarn for hooking up my blog page,lol....yall see what I mean.lol..................

Just completed Seven's rasta sweater...Seven(a Yorkie) being Yohji's(my Pooch,a Maltese) fave playmate...I still need to weave in the ends...It turned out really cute....I think I going to have to make Yohji one also...I do believe I'm destined to become a Doggie Couturier,lol....

I have been wanting to start up a nappy blog...but this html stuff is giving me the blues soo oo...I think I want to try and combine my two loves natural hair and being creative...I'm a a professional Loctitian...I have my own natural hair studio... and I want to take this moment to Thank all my clients for supporting my and keeping me in yarn!!..from time to time I will post pics of my clients in all thier wonderful LOC glory!!...today I'm feeling like a head wrap...peep the pic below of erykah in all her glory...I'm missing her ole look seeing that head wrap makes me wanna buy a knit machine and create some really fly knitted ones...what yall think?

JUst back from yet another visit to the yarn shop...woke up today feeling like I was needing some color in my life....so I bought red yarn and enhancers to make myself a red boa..and I think Yohji needs a colorful sweater too,lol....sometimes do u look at your stash of yarn( cause I know we all have them).and think I don't want to work with this...I must go shop for inspiration,lol...Knitting fever is very contagious!!!!!

Dog sweater number two is finished...I think I'm getting the hang of it,lol...Yohji is destined for a fabulous wardrobe!!!...next project fingerless cashmere gloves...How chic is that...one must make an effort to look fly while walking the pooch,lol

just finished the pink boa for yarn fiend seen pic below...I finally finished my pooches camo sweater...now I'm new to knitting..and I have a lot of books...I thought stockinette was k1 p1..so his sweater is all ribbed...from now on I will read the instructions instead of just looking at the pic,lol
